Swimming Pool Maintenance in Las Vegas
In our current times dealing with COVID-19, all of us are being affected in many different ways. Businesses all around the globe are being hit, people are struggling to make ends meet but there are a variety of businesses that are necessary and pool service and maintenance is one of them. That is why as a residential and commercial pool service and maintenance company in the Las Vegas area we are here for you. We hope this blog post helps you with tips and service options to make sure you’re swimming in the best water quality at all times.
Even though we are supposed to be in our homes until April 30th, none of us truly know how long this is going to take, if we can expect it to last well into summer, and if this will be coming back. But let’s take a moment to think about something. What if this lasts well into the summer months…. where is going to be your source of enjoyment? At Clark County Pool & Lawn we see swimming pools as being one of our best sources of enjoyment this summer and you’re going to want to make sure it is blue, clear, clean, and ready to swim in at all times. With that said, keeping weekly pool service is more important now more than ever.
With warmer temperatures on the horizon, you are going to want to make sure you maintain your pool weekly. This includes brushes the interior finish, the steps, and benches. Removing all debris from the swimming pool as soon as possible, and emptying out the skimmer and pump basket so proper filtration can occur. If you aren’t already, you will need to filter your swimming pool for a minimum of 8 – 10 hours a day. You will also need to make sure you have a minimum of 3 parts per million (ppm) and a pH between 7.4 and 7.8. Please also remember to balance your Total Alkalinity, check your phosphates, and monitor your Calcium Hardness levels as well.
If you aren’t aware of our pool water recycling option, this is a great service that we would highly recommend as soon as possible. We will come to your residential or commercial swimming pool and recycle your pool water with RO filtration. This service allows you to swim in soft water and superior water quality for you and your family. If you think about it with all the swimming you might be doing this summer this would be the best gift to give yourselves.
So, let us know how we can help you as you are our main priority and so is making sure your pool is safe to swim in.
